Queenly Ever provides a similar experience of shopping online, like how you shop at our retail shop. We indeed take extra care, especially in terms of ensuring the prompt and safe delivery of the products to the customers ordered online. We, however, before billing the order, personally communicate with the customer after receiving the order and confirm the product, delivery address, and other details.
To enable our customer experience comfortable return and exchange facilities, we have designed our own policy, which not only assure a safe return and exchange of a product, but also ensure on time response.
- Products ordered on clearance sales are not returnable. They can be exchanged only for another product, or the store credit will be applied for the same
- Bridal / Bridesmaid / Special orders are restricted from Returns / Exchanges
- Return or exchange of products should be requested within 5 days of receiving the order
- Many products sell out quickly. In case of exchange, same type of product can be offered only based on its available and we may not be able to guarantee you in case the product is out of stock. In such case we request you to order a similar product as an alternative for exchange.
- The product returned should be in its original condition. It should originally hold its tags attached and there should be no damages, alterations, stains, odours or wear. In case of any such signs, it disqualifies for return or exchanged and will be shipped back to the customer at his expense
- Any shipping fees and duties for the original order will not be refunded in case of return or exchange
- Your return or exchange request will be reviewed soon after it is received and we will send you an email with instructions to help you return your product to us.
- We accept minimum 2 times of the exchange of the product, except the first purchase
- The product for return or exchange will be processed only if we are given prior notice via email. We reserve the rights not processing the refund if the product is returned in an unacceptable condition
- The customer becomes responsible for shipping cost in the event of return and exchange of the product received / purchased
- Products ordered at special offers, reduced price or discount sales are not eligible for return or exchange
- The cost of return of the product will be deducted from your refund amount. However, you are also flexible to return at your cost using any shipping/ carrier services. In this case, we do not become responsible if the product is lost by the carrier or if it does not reach us
- On receiving the product for return, your refund will be processed automatically
- Any product returned for refund may take 1 to 5 business days for the refund to flash on your account. However, it may depend on your credit card/ bank you used for the payment
- Any international sales are final and they don’t become eligible for return or exchange
- We accept the product for exchange only with valuable reasons and that is convincing only
- We will not accept the product for exchange or return after 5 days from the date of delivery / customer received the order
- On your refund process is successful; you will receive a confirmation email from us
- If you want to exchange the product and return, then we will assist you accordingly
- In case of an exchange, the first process will be the same as a return, that informs us about the exchange within 5 days of receiving the product
- Once we receive your exchange request, we will send you an RMA number, which is identification for your return.
- You may receive your exchange within 10 business day, however, if you have a specific date request, please let us know the moment you receive your RMA
- The customer becomes responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange of the product
- Any orders cancelled before shipping is eligible for 100% refund
- However, once the order is shipped, it no longer becomes eligible for cancellation.
